This section contains stories from both sides of the trade show aisle. It reminds you to see things from your attendees, sponsors and exhibitors point of view. We’ve got information in here on building attendance, working with sponsors, increasing exhibitors, creating a better event, etc. But I will warn you, many of these thoughts call for a conference or trade show organizer who actually gives a shit. If you are just doing a job you might not find this particularly helpful as much of the information here contains no magic bullet…it’s all about innovation and doing things better than the status quo.
