This category of post is not specifically for exhibitors or event managers…it’s really for everyone. It often is lessons learned from moments of time in my life. But it’s always about business. I’m not going to go all kumbaya on you here or talk about the beautiful sunrise I saw today. It’s more likely something like a lesson in quick service and up-selling I picked up from the ladies who run the nail salon around the corner of my house.
