Trade show organizers looking to attract international buyers to their shows in 2014 need to act NOW!

The US Government really does want businesses to succeed…and trade shows are a big part of that effort. I bet you didn’t even know the resources that are available to trade show organizers and to exhibitors as well. I encourage you to spend a day culling through the Export.gov website and you will find it a day well spent. The resources available there are astounding.

For show organizers there is an important date coming up in September 2012. It’s your opportunity to become a part of the International Buyers Program for your 2014 shows.

Shockingly there are only 41 shows participating in this great program for 2013…41 shows!!! Out of how many thousands of shows taking place in the US every year??? Exhibitors should be asking show organizers…”what’s up with that?”

According to the Export.gov website…

Participate in the International Buyer Program and help your exhibitors increase their international sales.

The International Buyer Program recruits thousands of qualified foreign buyers, sales representatives, and business partners to U.S. trade shows each year, giving your exhibitors excellent opportunities to expand business globally.

If You’re A Trade Show Organizer

As part of the IBP, your trade show is promoted around the world and U.S. Commercial Service Trade Specialists recruit and lead buyer delegations to approximately 35 IBP trade shows.
